Product Manager / Product Owner · Switzerland

I lead digital products from customer research and strategy through delivery and improvement. My experience includes product ownership of a company's flagship platform and largest revenue contributor, helping adapt a food-industry SaaS product to customer needs, and bringing an AI product to market for businesses.

I bring five years in product management, more than twelve years in growth, analytics, and conversion optimization, and around four years of team leadership. Across B2B and B2C businesses, I have worked with engineering, design, sales, marketing, support, and legal to connect customer needs with technical decisions and commercial priorities.

Product experience

At LocalSearch, I owned the CMS and digital presence platform within a SaaS offering covering digital marketing, online reputation management, a B2B analytics dashboard, and later CRM. I led modernization that improved platform performance by 65% and internal product satisfaction by 30%, while expanding development capacity beyond a single developer. I also launched AI copy generation for employees and customers.

At Cerve, I helped shift the product from an analytics hub to an API-based service for the food industry. Customer demand for controlling and distributing data informed the change; the manufacturer base grew from 7 to 250. I worked with the founders on product direction, priorities, and requirements.

Earlier, my growth work delivered a 200% conversion uplift across six countries for Tamir Group's car-rental portal. At Weekend.co.il, a vacation accommodation portal, I grew reach to first place in its industry within fourteen months, despite intense competition in the tourism market.

How I make decisions

I investigate customer needs through conversations, support requests, search behavior, reviews, and product analytics. I use that evidence to set priorities and assess trade-offs between revenue, retention, customer satisfaction, delivery effort, and risk.

SEO, GEO, and conversion optimization have strengthened my technical understanding of how websites work and how implementation choices affect discoverability and user behavior. That experience helps me investigate barriers to adoption with engineering teams. My experience leading teams helps me turn findings into decisions that different departments can act on.

Independent products

I build products from the ground up with Claude Code and Codex to explore AI's capabilities and produce working first iterations independently. These projects deepen my understanding of interface design, user experience, technology choices, and security considerations.

Writing

I share the research, decisions, and lessons behind my work, including product experiments, discoverability, and practical uses of AI.
